This group is self-pay only and I do not bill insurance directly. However, if you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurer. 

Please note: in order to provide a superbill, I am required to include a mental health diagnosis, as most insurance companies require this for reimbursement.

If you're interested in using your insurance, I recommend contacting your provider directly to ask: 

• Do they reimburse out-of-network therapy groups?

• What percentage of the cost is covered?

• Do they require pre-authorization?

This allows you to decide what works best for you prior to starting group - Wandering Path Therapy will not communicate with your insurance provider on phone or via email/fax.
