MEET MOLLY

"I am a therapist for women who have been holding too much, for too long"

My aim is to assist women, mothers, queer and trans individuals in a journey of self-fulfillment based on resilience, humor and boundaries. I have met and worked with people from all walks of life and I believe that color, race, sexuality, gender, political affiliation, religious beliefs and socioeconomic status create beautiful differences between us and I am honored that I get to explore these topics with my clients. It's crucial for clients to recognize that I am not an expert in their lives; instead, I serve as a supportive guide.

Personal growth requires acknowledging one's role in challenging patterns. Being in therapy will not benefit someone who is unwilling to self reflect and no therapist can force a person to see something they are unwilling to examine. Mastering the art of owning your actions without resorting to self-punishment, shame, or devaluing your inherent worth is among the toughest lessons to grasp.

Together, we can explore your thoughts and actions while appreciating your inherent goodness and uniqueness.

I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, motherhood, perimenopause/menopause, and  relationship challenges.  I am passionate about mental health and my objective is to provide you with a safe and comfortable space to help make this experience enlightening and useful.

I received my master’s degree in Mental Health Therapy from Capella University, I am a member of the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association (WMHCA), a certified yoga instructor, and in my spare time I read tarot cards, chase  unruly goats from my garden & create a podcast with my family about classic rock 'n roll. â€‹
