Frequently asked questions
I provide individual therapy for adult women with a focus on high-functioning, overwhelmed moms who feel like they're carrying too much, even if life looks "fine" on the outside.
Sessions are conversational, grounded, and focused on patterns that keep you stuck -
like over-functioning, people-pleasing, and burnout. I also bring humor and honesty into the work when it fits, while still keeping it supportive and professional.
It often looks like being the one who holds everything together - mannaging schedules, emotions, expectations, and resonsibilities - while feeling like there's very little space left for you.
If you're someone who looks like you're "doing fine" but feels internally exhausted, constantly responsible for others, and rarely supported yourself - you're likely within my area of focus.
A good fit usually feels like a sense of relief or recognition when you read this!
No.

No. Many of the people I work with are managing daily life, but feel exhausted, disconnected, or like they're constantly pushing through. Therapy can start when things are hard - not just when they fall apart.
Yes. I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located in Washington state.
